Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager with a proven track record of securing major cybersecurity contracts. This individual must possess an extensive black book of industry contacts and deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure), compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001), and enterprise threat mitigation strategies. The Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging existing high-level industry relationships and securing large-scale contracts in Cybersecurity, Threat Analysis, Incident Response, and Consultation. This role demands a strategic thinker who understands complex enterprise security challenges and can deliver tailored solutions to government agencies, enterprise clients, and defense contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive high-value cybersecurity, cloud security, and incident response contracts within government and enterprise markets.
  • Industry Networking & Relationship Building: Utilize an established black book of C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT security leaders to expand business opportunities.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance Expertise: Sell comprehensive security solutions while ensuring clients meet CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, DFARS, FedRAMP, and SOC 2 compliance requirements.
  • Cloud Security Sales (AWS & Azure): Provide expert consultation on securing cloud environments, optimizing security for AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
  • Threat Analysis & Incident Response Solutions: Identify client vulnerabilities and present proactive security solutions to mitigate cyber risks and respond to real-time threats.
  • Contract Negotiation & Government Procurement: Lead and manage RFP/RFI responses, government contract negotiations, and compliance-driven sales cycles.
  • Collaboration with Technical & Leadership Teams: Work closely with engineering, compliance, and executive teams to align sales strategies with SyberStorm’s cutting-edge security solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Sales Performance:
    • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, and threat intelligence sales.
    • Verifiable track record of closing multi-million-dollar contracts with enterprise and government clients.
    • Extensive high-level network of decision-makers within DOD, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Technical & Compliance Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and SOC 2.
    • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, cloud security frameworks, and zero-trust architectures.
    • Experience selling threat intelligence, cybersecurity consulting, and incident response services.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:
    • Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, and penetration testing sales.
    • Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles with government and regulated industries.
    • Strong ability to translate technical security solutions into C-suite-level business value.

  • Government Procurement & Contracts: Navigate the complexities of DOD and federal procurement, including responding to RFIs, RFPs, and federal contract vehicles (GSA, IDIQ, SBIR, etc.).
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging both new business development and existing relationships.
